Pumpkin Ravioli with Almonds

Simple and elegant ravioli dish

Ingredients

  • Ravioli
  • 1 lb pumpkin
  • 4 tbs of butter
  • Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 2 tbs almonds

Step by Step Instructions

Cook 1 lb pumpkin ravioli in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan, strain ravioli, mix and serve in a dish with Parmigiano Reggiano and 2 tablespoons of slivered and toasted almonds.
