Lobster Mezzaluna with Fava Beans


The delicate flavour of lobster meets the nutty taste of fava beans


  • Lobster ravioli
  • 4 tbs. butter
  • Garlic oil
  • ¼ lb steamed lobster
  • ¼ cup fava beans
  • Parsley

Step by Step Instructions

Cook I lb of lobster ravioli in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a pan with a bit of garlic oil and add ¼ lb previously steamed lobster and ¼ cup previously boiled and peeled fava beans. Strain the ravioli, mix and serve in a dish with chopped parsley.
